Privacy Policy

NameTraceLab is operated by jialonglv. The worksheet generator processes typed names in your browser and does not upload names or generated worksheets to a server. This policy explains the other information involved in visiting the site or contacting the operator.

Names and worksheets

When you enter a name or change worksheet settings, the browser generates an SVG worksheet locally. Printing uses your browser's print dialog. Downloading creates a file in your browser. These actions do not send the typed name or worksheet to NameTraceLab or to an advertising provider.

The generator has no account system or server database. Its code does not save a name history or worksheets in cookies, local storage or session storage. A file you choose to download or print is handled by your device, browser and chosen print destination.

Website hosting and network information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting the site sends network requests to Cloudflare to retrieve the page and its files. Cloudflare processes request information, which can include IP addresses, traffic routing data and other network information, to provide its services. This hosting activity is separate from the worksheet name you type in the generator.

Cookies and analytics

At the date shown above, NameTraceLab has not installed analytics scripts or advertising scripts. The generator does not set cookies to remember names or worksheet settings. Hosting or security services may process network information as described above. Your browser also manages its own cache, downloads and privacy settings.

Planned third-party advertising

NameTraceLab plans to display third-party advertisements. No third-party advertising code is installed at present.

When advertising is enabled, the chosen advertising provider may receive information such as an IP address, browser information or page visits, and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver or measure advertisements. The exact processing and choices depend on the provider and the advertising setup.

Before enabling advertising, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, link to its privacy information and describe the applicable choices or consent process. Typed worksheet names will continue to be processed locally by the generator.

Contact emails

If you email the operator, your email address, message and any information you include are received through email services. Messages are used to respond to questions and investigate reported problems. Please avoid including children's personal information, and use a made-up name for examples.

Use by parents and educators

NameTraceLab is intended as a tool for parents, caregivers and educators preparing practice sheets. It does not ask children to create accounts, submit a profile or send a worksheet to the operator.
